Mwezi house is a bright and airy waterfront home, with a private swimming pool. There are 4 spacious bedrooms (2 en suite doubles upstairs, and a double and a twin with a shared bathroom downstairs). Three of the double bedrooms open out through French doors directly overlooking the ocean and two have dressing rooms attached while the double twin shared room overlooks a private tropical garden courtyard. There is a seriously spacious balcony and veranda and you can choose to dine in various positions at the house, all of which directly overlook the ocean and attract the sea breeze. Overhead fans are positioned throughout (including the veranda) and all beds have roof hanging surround nets. Mwezi house is set in 3 acres and enclosed on 3 sides by an 8 foot stone wall (open only on the ocean side). Nighttime G4S security is provided and there is a house keeper and groundsman.
Dogs belonging to guests are welcome and guests are requested to ensure that they do not attack the abundant local wildlife within the gardens.This pretty coastal retreat provides an ideal ambiance for those wanting to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Watamu’s northern coast, but with easy access to the various restaurants, shops and other activities this popular area has to offer.
